The Promise That Drives Polyteck's Growth

Founding Polyteck with my father in 2005 at the age of 27, we set out to deliver on the promise of providing a direct delivery model that serves clients and buildings better – Knowing we could add value in Building Services to commercial and residential buildings better than anyone else.

With revenues in excess of £30M, a property development arm achieving GDV’s of up to £100M, and 16 years later, that founding promise is still driving the success of our services and growth.

Success Through Collaborations

Having achieved excellent results with a number of joint ventures and acquisitions/disposals over the years, i’ve got the bug for it. I’m always looking for new strategic alliances where I can support growth by using my experience in starting and successfully running a multi-million pounds business for 16 years.

Working across the private and public sectors, from commercial offices, high end residential, to community centres and social housing. Our group also extends to Bulgaria and as far as the Middle East with offices in Dubai and Qatar opening up global reach and a wide range of opportunities to capitalise on.

Investing In The Future

As a Private Investor and Property Developer, with a background in Engineering and Building Services, I enjoy working with Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services and Construction businesses in particular to best capitalize on opportunities for growth in the sector.

Always on the lookout, I’m interested in acquiring businesses and property development opportunities (with or without planning) that compliment my current business model.

Making An Impact

Whether in business or in my personal life, my drive to ensure every person has a place they can call home is at the heart of all I do. As someone surrounded by family I know how important that feeling is.

I actively support a number of chose causes such as Children’s Hospices’, Radiomarathon, and community projects for churches, schools and my local community. I believe that together we can ensure every person can have a place to call home.
